All users of this Site agree that access to and use of this Site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or visiting under the supervision of a parent or guardian) and legally able to enter into a contract.

1. General

Carry-on Media (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates this website, https://www.carry-onmedia.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific sections of the Site or services available through the Site.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Involve commercial activities (e.g., contests, advertising) without our consent;

  • Give the impression they are endorsed by us if they are not.

We do not review all material before posting and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material. We assume no liability for user or third-party content.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. Access is at your own risk and subject to those sites’ terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may, in our sole discretion:

  • Remove or refuse to post any User Contribution;

  • Take action regarding any User Contribution that violates these Terms or rights of others;

  • Disclose your identity to third parties asserting rights violations;

  • Refer matters to law enforcement; and/or

  • Suspend or terminate your access for any or no reason.

You waive and hold harmless the Company from any claims resulting from actions taken by the Company during or following investigations by the Company or law enforcement.

8. Reliance on Information Posted

Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. Any reliance is at your own risk. The Site may include third-party content for which we are not responsible.

9. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We prohibit content that infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights. If you believe material on the Site infringes your rights, send a DMCA notice to samantha@carry-onmedia.com that includes (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

  • Your physical or electronic signature;

  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s);

  • Identification of the infringing material and its location;

  • Your contact information;

  • A good-faith statement that use is not authorized; and

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.

We will process notices and take appropriate action under the DMCA.

We may update Site content from time to time, but its content may not always be complete or current. We are not obligated to update any material.

11. Accessing the Site; Account Security

15. Indemnification

17. Governing Law; Jurisdiction
